    I enjoyed it in my summer and eat my meal with making salad. But never thought about the importance of it. How do i praise, this article is an encyclopedia about cucumber in short form.     Cucumber has many advantages but we avoid eating it citing the taste but once you make the habit of eating cucumber daily then slowly you will start to feel the change . It is rich in vitamins and water content is so high . It helps in cleaning process and detoxification . In india which is mainly a hot country eating cucumber helps us in dehydration also . Eating a cup of sliced cucumber is like drinking a glass of water with added vitamins and proteins .
