Superfood-Thyroid
The thyroid is a butterfly-shaped gland present at the base of the neck, that plays an essential role in the metabolic processes of our body. Inadequate nutrition and stress, among others, play an important factor in thyroid health. Incorporating these superfoods in your daily life will aid in maintaining thyroid health and well-being.
  • Moong Beans: are not only a good source of protein, but they also provide fiber, antioxidants, and other minerals and vitamins. The fiber in them helps in alleviating constipation, which is a common side symptom of thyroid imbalance. It also provides iodine, which offsets the imbalance created by this hormone.
