    To make our body alkaline ,drink alkaline water and eat green leafy vegetables in our diet and do Yoga and pranayam .

    We should sufficient water of alkaline nature to check acid reflux naturally without resorting to different allopathic drugs which has numerous side effect. At least we should make habit to drink minimum 8-10 glasses of alkaline water every day to check acid reflux.
