Limitations
People with high blood pressure, hernia, heart problems, and intestinal tuberculosis should not practice Surya Namaskar. Also, do not practice it during menstruation but it can be done in the first two months of pregnancy and even after two months of delivery.

Surya namaskar is the best and most popular form of Yoga . It is immensely helpful and it has so many advantages as written in the article . I am telling from my personal experience and i have been doing it since last 2 months and results have been extraordinary . I am successfully able to gain the flexibility in my body and lose around 4 kgs in last couple of months . It balances the find and because of the continuous breathing detoxification happens .
