    Can you please tell how much leaves to consume daily? And in what form for a regular adult? I was told that tulsi shouldn’t be chewed but swallowed?
    Any doses reccomended? Any preferred timings?

      Tulsi leaves can be taken in many ways, the most popular being tea, or as a decongestant by boiling in water with adrak/ginger and 2-3 black pepper during cold. 3-4 leaves every morning will boost immunity. It is a great herbal antibiotic.
